We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible for you.
To cancel your registration, please simply send us an email at reg@kanakuk.com.
Here’s how our refund policy works:
Cancel before August 8th: You'll receive a full refund – no worries at all!
Cancel between August 9th and August 27th: A portion of your payment, $300, will be non-refundable, but we'll happily refund any additional payments you've made.
Cancel on or after August 28th: At this point, the full tuition amount becomes non-refundable.
Please note that we aren't able to offer prorated refunds for any absences or withdrawals once the camp term has begun.
