Kanakuk overnight Kids Kamper terms can form a waitlist anytime as terms fill up.

 

When/if a space opens for a Kamper, our registration team will automatically enroll your Kamper if they do not have a current registration in any other Kamp or term.  Any registration automatically enrolled will also be automatically enrolled on a payment plan up until March 1st.

 

For any registrations automatically enrolled after March 1st, the balance will be due within 10 days.  During this time you will also have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund.  If you wish to cancel after 10 days, you will forfeit your deposit.


For any registrations automatically enrolled after May 1st, the balance will be due within 10 days.  During this time you will also have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund.  If you wish to cancel after 10 days, you will forfeit all of the tuition paid.


Once we have your Kamper enrolled, we will follow up with a confirmation email.  If your Kamper is enrolled in any other Kamp or term, we will contact you with your options.  If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will fill the spot with the next Kamper on the waitlist and move your Kamper to the bottom of the list.  

 

After April 1st, if we do not hear from you, we will remove your Kamper from the waitlist altogether.  If you choose to decline an opening or are never offered a spot, you will receive a refund of your deposit.

 

Kanakuk continues to fill waitlist openings until the day the term begins and spots are filled in the order of the waitlist. It is always surprising how many waitlisted Kampers get into Kamp especially as the days grow closer to Kamp opening.
